The Director of PM will manage a PM group responsible for project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial returns. They will mentor and support a team of 11+, while also communicating with stakeholders in the organization.

BA/BS Engineering, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
Preference for Electrical Engineering degree
10+ years of project management experience (development, deployment and monitoring), with $1M+ projects encompassing any of the following:
PM experience with construction projects
Manufacturing experience with custom equipment
Contractor experience welcome and may negate the above required manufacturing experience
Leadership role 8-10 years; 4+ years being over a PM team or a PMO
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills must include the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating with peers and associates within and across other company divisions
Experience with scheduling software (P6 preferred)
Experience with project financial management (estimates to complete, MRP systems)
Experience with the following:
Negotiating & Executing contracts
Commercial Terms & conditions
Preference for experience with power distribution equipment, government contracts, traction power equipment
