Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Lead role in coordinating, facilitating, and managing the development and implementation of Tacoma Power's Capital Program
Gathering, analyzing and compiling data from various resources to produce capital reports
Customer service approach in responding to our internal customers' questions and needs surrounding the capital budget
Analysis and testing for updates to SAP Project Systems module in addition to suggestions for improvements
Development of key reports for our internal customers, with the data they need to make informed decisions
Training coworkers at all levels on the capital program processes and systems
Process development, process documentation, information management, internal database management, and subscription software implementation for capital program
QUALIFICATIONS: Desired Qualifications
Strong desire to learn
Five to ten years of relevant work experience
Technical proficiency with software including: Excel, SQL and SAP
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance or related field
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple, complex assignments and competing priorities to produce products that are accurate and on time
Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
