PROJECT MANAGER/CERTIFIED RECORDS MANAGER (CRM)
Rate: $125K - $160K

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects of a multi-faceted project located in SE New Mexico. The PM works closely with the client, employees, regulators, auditors and community leaders. The PM is responsible for contract compliance, safety, HR, business development as well as working with community leaders and occasionally state elected politicians.
Responsible for employee supervision and management which also includes coaching, training and employee development.
Maintains a clear understanding of and ensuring contract compliance to manage risks and enhancing business performance. This includes customers, vendors, partners, and employees.
Works with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to analyze profit/loss cost control.
Lead responsibility for subcontract management to ensure objectives, deliverables, and requirements are being fulfilled.
Supports business development, as necessary, to achieve TFE goals and objectives. This includes working with various TFE functional areas.
Certified Records Manager
Provides technical guidance in creating, maintenance and storage of all client records.
Creates and implements records and information management policies and procedures that meet NARA and DOE requirements.
Manage subcontractors to digitize, store and perform quality control on digitized records.
Provides oversight of IT employees performing work on Documentum.
Performs record retrievals.
Creates and manages the Records Coordinator’s training program.
Works with IT staff to evaluate and recommend electronic records management.
Support site audits and assessments.
Performs yearly internal assessment and submit report to Subcontract Technical Representative.
Prepare monthly reports.

Experience/proficiency with providing Safety Oversight.
Experience/proficiency in performing Program Management.
Experience/proficiency with Goal Setting and Tracking.
Experience/proficiency with Strategic Planning.
Must be able to travel in support of various contract or corporate activities when needed.
Training or previous experience in Documentum or another Electronic Records Management Software.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong organization and planning skills.
Required: Five (5) years’ Project Management experience in a Department of Energy (DOE) environment; due to the nature of the work, must be a US Citizen.
Preferred: Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation and have 5 years of experience in the DOE Records Management arena.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Management or demonstrated combination of education/training and experience.
