Roto has a unique opportunity for a Lead Project Manager for an upcoming international project that will bring to life to an interactive museum, creative innovation center, and public technology showcase. It doesn’t get more exciting than this. The work will take place in the United States, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, and requires limited domestic and international travel.
The Lead Project Manager will be assigned the project management responsibilities for a large international project, the design and construction of a custom, interactive, location-based attraction with high-end interior architecture.
Develop and maintain the complex project schedule and budget for the entire project scope.
Manage all aspects of the overall project timeline. From client level down to the individual sub-projects, where task-level scheduling is handled by individual project teams.
Identify and mitigate scheduling issues.
Budget responsibilities are comprehensive, delivering both client-facing budgets, as well as framing and updating internal cost control tools.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with traditional building construction and renovation is highly preferred.
Project experience rooted in architecture and up-scale interior design preferred.
Experience with the exhibits and attractions, from creative development through production
Firm understanding of exhibit design and construction process
Stellar time management skills; Self-motivated. Ability to work independently.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to achieved desired outcomes.
Ability to contribute in a team based, collaborative environment.
