Act as the prime point of contact and liaison between the client, ProSlide and its partners.
Oversee multiple projects concurrently and engage in project management best practices in relation to budget and schedule constraints, maximum project margins and revenue opportunities.
Prepare and/or review project execution documents throughout the project life cycle including project kick-off, cash-flow analysis, contracts, schedules, budgets, invoices, change orders, purchase orders, subcontractor bids, transaction and post mortem reports.
Provide feedback on project variances from established specifications, schedules and budgets.
Collaborate with corporate functional managers and global services.
Communicate project requirements and contract obligations to stakeholders.
Manage client relationships and effective communication strategies with the client’s corporate hierarchy.
Escalate roadblocks in project schedule/budget/quality and propose corrective actions.
Conduct project risk analysis and propose actions to mitigate risks.
Monitor and provide feedback on the activities of the Installation Team, Technical Advisors and subcontractors on the project job site during the project installation phase.
Review, code and approve invoices from vendors and time sheets generated by the Installation Team and Technical Advisors.
Assist with the timely collection of revenue from clients.
Monitor health and safety matters in relation to ProSlide’s Job Safety Program and industry’s best practices.
Execute responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards in a manner that is consistent with ProSlide’s corporate values.
All other duties as required.
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in construction with considerable time spent on the project site.
Education – Project Management Professional designation or a combination of equivalent experience and education e.g. Advanced Project Management Certificate.
Registered Project Manager (Level 1) is an asset
Hands on experience with MS Project and other project management tools considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detailed oriented with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to deal with project financial.
Ability to develop and maintain internal and external working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Innovative and open to new concepts, proactive and solutions orientated.
