We are seeking an emotionally intelligent, personable, and organized Project Coordinator / Project Manager I to join our growing Project Management team. This role will initially assist project management through all stages of projects, and will grow to fully manage a variety of projects of increasing scope, complexity, and budget. The Project Coordinator / Project Manager I must be a well-organized, agile individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideal experience includes managing projects from start to finish, but we take a holistic approach to talent matching and are open to a variety of backgrounds, particularly those that include providing exceptional customer service and support.

Assist the Project Manager through all phases of projects (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing).
Coordinate complex resource scheduling and facilitate communication between project team members.
Create baseline project plan and develop project templates.
Distribute weekly status reports to project team.
Organize and maintain project documents (i.e., change log).
Manage specific project-related tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
Follow Project Management Institute methodologies and internal processes.

Experience with project management, project coordination, client success / customer service, and/or operational functions which include high-volume coordination and/or scheduling.
Ability to develop rock-solid relationships and build trust internally and externally, with diverse personalities.
Ability to employ a professional and diplomatic customer service approach during client conversations.
Coachability, eagerness to grow, and ability to take on increasing responsibilities.
Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills.
Success while quarterbacking multiple projects simultaneously.
Project+ or CAPM certification is a nice-to-have.
Asana, Basecamp, or ConnectWise are plusses.
