REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field, plus at least six years progressively responsible management experience in data or information management in a government or similar large organization, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Demonstrated high level administrative, planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated successful project management experience and analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated high level skills in using computer software, data bases and other analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality, complex presentation documents. Excellent customer service and public relations skills. Detail oriented. Ability to manage time well, work well in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Working experience with business computer applications including presentation graphics, databases, and word processing programs, including experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to attend occasional evening meetings. Have and maintain acceptable background information including criminal conviction record.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS – In addition to the required minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field. Experience in municipal government. Knowledge of human services systems.
