In this position, you will apply professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure positive outcomes. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages the planning, monitoring, executing, controlling, and all other aspects of a project. The PM will be responsible for BHQN’s day-to-day work of program development to establish a deep knowledge of each project, program operation, and business plan.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Business Process Management (BPM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM PMI), or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP PMI) Certification preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in healthcare project management and healthcareprocess improvement required
Microsoft Office Suite experience including Project and Visio is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and team leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
