EnviroLogix is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to partner with senior leadership to own, plan, facilitate and sustain breakthrough results through continuous improvement across the organization. The Leader will participate in setting the vision and the strategy to achieve these results while driving disciple through standard work and utilizing the company’s operating system principles and tools.
The Continuous Improvement Leader will:
Drive teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities to reduce lead time and manufacturing costs while striving for one piece flow manufacturing
Act as Kaizen champion for the organization and measure process improvement performance against targets
Utilize creative problem solving techniques and analytical skill to implement both containment and root cause countermeasures
Leverage data and results to develop business cases for change and drive needle moving improvements
Establish appropriate infrastructure and related processes for documenting and validating improvements
Challenge the status quo and guide leadership teams in the identification of cross-functional improvement opportunities
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and a have a minimum of five (5) years’ manufacturing or engineering experience in a continuous improvement leadership role. Demonstrated competency in driving and sustaining breakthrough results is a must. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure is key; as is demonstrated project management skills with the capability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
