Candidates should have the following capabilities/ experience/ ambitions:

• Oversee all aspects of the projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling the projects from start to finish
• Track and estimate projects’ costs, schedule, equipment and manpower requirements
• Coordinate with shop, field and customers’ personnel to ensure the project’s success
• Getting dirty; reading drawings, planning work, taking field measurements, and participating in project meetings with gritty old superintendents
• Overseeing and managing materials and, at times, completing shop drawings
• Communicate across departments throughout the project life cycle
• Whatever it takes!
