Roen Associates is a construction cost consulting firm with offices in Seattle and Spokane. We’ve been in business for over 35 years performing construction cost estimates, value engineering studies, constructability reviews and construction management services.
We’re searching for a cost estimator to join our team. Our work includes commercial and institutional projects such as K – 12 buildings, higher education facilities, justice facilities, etc.
We are looking for a full-time employee (Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm) in either office (Seattle or Spokane). This is not a remote position. We offer a competitive wage with benefits based on experience and education.
Qualifications are:
Construction experience and technical training
Proficient with Bluebeam Revue and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good verbal and communication skills
Good time-management skills
