Classification: Exempt Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in a timely manner. Frequently collaborating with and advising the owner of the company on project strategies, negotiation, risk, resource allocation for all the properties managed. Essential Functions: Oversee all personal properties, which involves scrutinizing invoices and handling all repairs and updates as necessary. Manage company signage by collaborating with vendors, creating drawings and renderings aligned with the owner’s vision, and obtaining quotes with available options for owner presentation. Examine property appraisals and lodge protest when necessary
