Essential Functions: - Identify and schedule each component of the plan and assign appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily.
- At the outset of each day, meet with each assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors and materials, equipment providers.
- Effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives and other necessary individuals or organizations.
- Accurately report all jobsite time and activity daily review.
- Collaborate and review performance-to-plan with Project Engineer and Project Manager, and adjust the following day’s assignments, resources, and schedules.
- Monitor all job site activity throughout the day, coordinating, and balancing activity to ensure that the daily plan is achieved, make adjustments in assignment as necessary for the master plan, and adhere to schedule and budget.
- Working from contract documents, project plan layout, and create daily/weekly project work plans along with other relevant information.
- Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
