POSITION SUMMARY This is a full-time position. Superintendent supervises crew and subcontractors and is responsible for projects from project planning through project completion. This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) and others.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Engage in open communications with Project Managers Ability to successfully independently manage an asphalt and/or concrete and/or earthwork and/or utilities/stormwater/sewer project Project scheduling and critical path Subcontractor scheduling
