Summary Responsible for overseeing implementation of the City’s bond and capital improvement programs through internal and contracted project and construction management teams.  Facilitates program and project strategic planning process to include financial management, project scheduling, coordination of project management, and management reporting to accomplish organizational capital goals. Serves as a conduit of information between project managers, design professionals, city management, and city council. The salary range is $165k - $190k+/- and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.  Reasonable relocation assistance is also available.
