The General Manager is a pivotal member of our team and will be looked to as a leader of a diverse team of employees in the design and building of an array of projects including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use.  Responsibilities: Responsible for management and coordination of day-to-day workflow and operations of the company. Take lead role, in coordination with ownership and management team, in determining organizational goals, objectives, policies, and programs. Develop, manage, and execute strategies for growth and improvement. Contribute to and implement a plan of action for the company’s short term and long-term goals. Plan and formulate policies, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
