Candidates with a passion for making things happen are encouraged to apply and join our Team serving San Antonio and the surrounding area. The superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the work of subcontractors and GWM trade labor in the field for various types of projects and is responsible for the successful completion and safety of the overall project. The right candidate will be able to work outside normal working hours in order to limit disruptions to the tenants in occupied buildings and to facilitate fast paced, short duration construction schedules.
