The Redda Group has been retained by a high-growth, well-capitalized construction firm to identify a Director of Pre-Construction who can build, scale, and lead a best-in-class pre-construction function.
This is a senior leadership role for a strategic builder—someone who can elevate estimating accuracy, drive margin reliability, strengthen win rates, and position the organization as a premier partner across private, federal, and local government work.
Ideal Background
10+ years in pre-construction / estimating leadership
Experience across commercial, interior, base building, or mixed-use projects
Proven success improving estimate accuracy, win rates, and margins
Strong financial acumen and executive presence
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, estimating tools, and cost modeling
Thrives in high-growth, high-expectation environments
