Job Summary: To supervise and coordinate the management of all stages of building projects, including capital improvement projects; to ensure that construction or alteration work is being completed according to approved plans and contract specifications; to assist in administering construction contracts with contractors and subcontractors; to coordinate assigned activities with various divisions, outside agencies, and the general public; to provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to senior management. This position is part of the Project Management team that will lead renovations of various City owned facilities and will expedite the delivery of projects that vary in size and complexity.  Projects assigned to this team range fro
