We’re hiring tradespeople (carpenters, framers, finishers, etc.) who can:

• Work independently and as part of a team
• Follow blueprints and spec sheets accurately
• Meet production goals without sacrificing quality
• Problem-solve in the field without hand-holding
• Show up ready to work every single day

This is not a fit if you:

• Need constant supervision
• Are “just here for a paycheck”
• Can’t handle fast-paced, high-standard work

Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Bonuses for speed + quality.
Schedule: Full-time. Overtime available on some jobs.
Location: Albuquerque-based projects, mostly local.
